MVP features for a SaaS?

Hey guys, pretty new around here and I'm workin on my first SaaS idea. What would you say are the MUST HAVE MVP features before launching? I'm thinking about doing something in the productivity niche. Don't wanna overshoot and spend forever building.

Bro, just get out there and validate your idea! It's less about the features and more about solving a significant problem for your users. Stay lean, keep the tech simple, and hustle!

Just copy whatever Google's doing and put a dark theme on it. Instant success. ;)

simplicity is key dude. if ur doin something productivity related, make sure its not cluttered. no one wants a complex tool when they're trying to simplify their lives. like maybe just have a way to organize tasks and set reminders or something.

Look into the 'Lean Startup' philosophy. Build, Measure, Learn. Get that feedback loop rolling as soon as possible. A basic to-do list function is probably essential for productivity. Good luck!

From what I've read, just get the bare bones that demonstrate your product's value. If it's productivity, then maybe task management and time tracking? Also check out what your competitors' earliest versions looked like for clues.

It's not just about features, make sure your infrastructure is solid. Auto-scaling and basic monitoring might seem like overkill for an MVP, but if your app goes down every other day, users aren't gonna stick around to see it get better.

Honestly, make sure it does that one thing really well that you're promising and it's not buggy. Hate it when apps crash. User-friendly is a big plus.

As someone who's launched a few SaaS products, focus on core functionality that solves the main pain point for your users. In the productivity niche, a clean and intuitive UI is key. Users should be able to navigate your app and start getting value out of it in minutes. Also, make sure your app integrates with other tools that people already use. Lastly, have a feedback mechanism in place from day one. You want to iterate based on user input, not guesswork. Hope that helps!
