Well, I did it. Got myself an overkill NAS setup. 32 terabytes of pure storage power, 10 GbE network card cuz why not, and a custom water-cooled Ryzen setup cuz I hate noise more than slow file transfers. Threw in a server-grade UPS cuz the electric grid here is as reliable as a chocolate teapot. Yeah, it cost me a pretty penny, but who wants to die knowing they had insufficient NAS power? Not me, friends, not me!

Hmm, quite the beast you’ve put together. But let’s talk about redundancy and backups. It’s not just about how much you can store, but how secure that data is. What RAID setup are you using? And what’s your backup solution, because even with the UPS, there's more than power outages that can toast your data.

Sweet setup! You'll love the 10 GbE network card, the speeds are jaw-dropping. Make sure you’ve got CAT6a cables though, or you won’t see that top tier speed. And yes to that UPS, can’t risk losing data or damaging the hardware. How's the Ryzen holding up with heat under full load, even with water-cooling?

Wow, sounds like an awesome build! Makes mine look like a children's toy haha. But hey, gotta ask, isn't that much storage overkill unless you're hoarding like every movie ever made in BluRay quality? Just curious about your use case, share some details!
