Wish there was a magic answer, but every baby is different. My daughter used to only fall asleep to the sound of the vacuum cleaner. Kid you not. Best of luck.

Have you considered baby's diet? What baby eats can affect how they sleep. Also, make sure baby is getting enough physical activity during the day to help tire them out. Can help with sleep. Should really check with your pediatrician though...

Babies not sleeping? In my day, we would just rock them to sleep. Try it. Stop relying on gadgets and gizmos to do all the work. Carry him, rock him and sing to him. A mother's touch is irreplaceable!

Hello,

Childcare expert here. First of all, hang in there. What you're experiencing is very common among new parents, so don't be too hard on yourself.

Sleep issues at this age could be attributable to various factors. If it's not a diaper change or hunger, it could be the atmosphere in the room. Try to ensure the room the baby is sleeping in is dark enough. Babies often sleep longer in darker spaces as it reminds them of the womb.

Try to create a bedtime routine. Though your baby is only 3 months old, creating a routine can help signal to them that it's time to sleep. The routine can be as simple as a bath, a feeding, a lullaby, and then bed. Be consistent with this routine. It won't work overnight but it could certainly start to take effect in a matter of weeks.

Remember: consistency is key. And take some time for self care. You're doing great!

Hey! Same boat here! Our daughter would not shut her eyes for longer than 20 mins at a time. We tried everything. Then lo and behold, we tried a pacifier. I mean just on a whim. And it worked! Give it a shot if you haven't already. And good luck!

Oh, I feel you! I remember those sleepless nights. My little one was the same at 3 months. Try white noise or lullaby music. Also, make sure baby isn't too hot or cold. Sometimes they can't sleep if they're uncomfortable. A night time routine helps too. Sounds silly for a 3-month-old, but trust me, they start catching on. Good luck momma! Hang in there 💪😊
