Signs You've Unknowingly Summoned a Specter

Done a Quija board recently? Played the 'Charlie Charlie' game? Or simply moved to a new place with a history? Look, we've all been there - messing with things we shouldn't be messing with. Here's a telltale list that you might have unknowingly invited a spirit or a specter in your life -

Strange Sounds: From footsteps when no one’s home to whispers with no apparent source, these are quite obvious signs. Listen for distinct phrases or repeated patterns in the noises.

Abnormal Pet Behavior: Pets have a stronger sensitivity towards the supernatural. They might stare blanky at something invisible, behave aggressively or whimper in a corner.

Random Temperature Drops: Sudden and unexplained cold spots in your house? It could be a ghoulish roommate.

Shadowy Figures: Seeing unexplained shapes, shadows, or movements out of the corner of your eye? Might be more than just your imagination.

Item Displacements: Object displacements or 'apports' often occur in haunted places. If something ain't where you left it, be alert.

I've had my fair share of brushes with these things, best hire a paranormal investigator or have a spiritual cleanse, trust me, better be safe than sorry.

'Ghoulish roommate' lmao. Seriously people, has it ever occurred to you that these could just be overactive imaginations? There are scientific explanations for all these so-called signs. Look those up.

Wait, are these things real? I just moved to a really old house and my dog's been acting strange lately, he just stares at empty corners. Plus I keep seeing things in the corner of my eye... what do I do?

As a professional paranormal investigator, I agree with this take. Especially the part about the sudden temperature drops, very common sign of spectral activity. If you are witnessing these signs at your place, it is advisable to take immediate precautions. Burn sage, or bring in a professional like myself to handle it. It's not something to take lightly.

lol, next time you touch a Quija board, ask the ghost for next week's lottery numbers. I want half the winnings if you hit the jackpot!

Mmmh really? Not saying it isn't true, but have you considered more... grounded explanations first? Those whispers could just be the wind, and maybe your pet is behaving weirdly because of some health issue or just reacting to your own stress. Not everything that goes bump in the night is supernatural, mate.

As an experienced paranormal investigator, this is a pretty solid list. It covers some of the basic signs we look for when we're called to investigate a place. But also remember that it's not the presence of one of these signs but the combination of several that truly hint to a specter haunting.
