I get what you're saying, but there's got to be some that are just malevolent, right? Not all ghost encounters are sunshine and rainbows. Some people have been legit terrorized. How do you deal with the not-so-friendly spirits? Or does the 'approach with respect' tactic work on them as well?

EVP recordings are the way to go! It's amazing what you might pick up when you play back the audio. Conducted a session last month and what I found was chilling yet fascinating. It was like piecing together a story from beyond. Anyone else here got some intriguing EVP captures they wanna share?

In my youth, the stories of specters were part of the town legend. I've felt cold spots, seen things move. It's living history if you listen close enough. They have much to tell, from war times to hidden loves. It's a shame when the young folk dismiss these tales and signals.

Finally someone says it! Ghosts ain't here to harm us, they're just stuck, kinda like that Groundhog Day movie. Had my own experience with a ghost at work, temperatures dropped and all. Tried talking and it seemed to calm things down. I think they just want to be acknowledged.

I've always been curious about the supposed science behind this. Temperature changes and EM fields you say, but has anyone here got hard data to back this? Like clear correlations between phenomena and these factors? I wanna believe, but I need more than stories, y'know?

Spot on with the energy imprints! People get all worked up but most ghosts are harmless. I always say, 'you gotta respect the dead if you wanna understand them'. Too many go in expecting horror movie stuff and just freak themselves out for no reason.
