I tried debunking urban legends in my hometown

Spent last weekend exploring supposed haunted spots in my town. Stayed overnight in the 'Red House', known for ghost sightings. No ghosts, just a weird draft and creaky floors. Did find an old diary in the walls, but it was a prank, some kid's scribbles about being friends with a vampire. I think this stuff is mostly exaggerated, but hey, it didn't kill my curiosity.

That right there is a story waiting to happen! Even if you didn't see ghosts, the atmosphere and that found prank diary could make a great setting for a creepy tale. Maybe add a scene where the diary writes itself 👀

pfft, ghosts just take weekends off, everybody knows that. Or they're unionized now. Next time bring a Ouija board, some garlic, and a cross, just in case. 🧛‍♂️👻

The prank diary might just be some kids' idea of fun now, but who knows, there could still be a real story there. Sometimes those urban legends have kernels of truth—the Red House might have a genuinely interesting history behind it!

No way, I bet those creaky floors and drafts were signs of something more! Maybe the ghosts weren’t in the mood for visitors, lol. But seriously, sometimes the paranormal doesn’t reveal itself when you expect. Maybe try again different night? ;)

I'm with you—most of these urban legends are just folks getting carried away. The draft and creaky floors are easily explainable, but hey, those make for good stories. Keep that curiosity alive!

Wow, actually finding that diary sounds awesome! Prank or not, I'd be thrilled to find something hidden. Maybe next time you'll find something cool like an ancient map or old photos. The draft and creaky floors sound spooky enough to me. 👻
