I've been having these intensely vivid lucid dreams every night. At first, it was fun: flying, teleporting, talking to Einstein. But now, people I meet know things about me I didn't even know myself. Last night, someone whispered my deepest fear and wouldn't let go of my arm. Couldn't sleep after waking up. Coffee's my lifeline now.

First off, focus on sleep hygiene: consistent schedule, avoid screens before bed, maybe try a white noise machine. Lucid dreaming can sometimes be too revealing. If it persists, discussing with a therapist might give you insights on any underlying issues.

Been there. It's important to establish boundaries in your dreams, just like in real life. Try to assert control when things get too intense, or change the dream environment. Meditation before sleep could also help calm your mind for better control.
