I remember seeing the title card for Augie Doggie and Doggy Daddy retitled "Angie Doggies and Doggy Daddy". Is it me or am I dreaming the Mandela effect?

Interesting case here. I've read lots of ME instances and they're usually common ones like movie lines or logos. Your case seems like a pretty isolated memory. Might be worth checking auction sites and collector forums for any misprinted merch that has the title as 'Angie Doggies,' you could have seen something like that.

Hey, I'm pretty sure it's always been Augie Doggie and Doggy Daddy. Your version sounds like a pretty interesting alternate reality though! Sometimes we remember things in a weird way, and years down the line, we're certain it was different. Happened to me with the Berenstain Bears.

nah, you're onto something! I've seen threads on here talking about similar stuff—companies changing logos, titles, and then swearing it was 'always' that way. the Mandela effect is real, and they're just gaslighting us big time. i say we need to dig deeper and expose the truth!

Augie Doggie and Doggy Daddy, for sure. Watched reruns of those toons on Boomerang all the time. No 'Angie' in that title. I’d bet my bottom dollar you’re running into a false memory or conflating it with another show somehow. Any chance u remember where you saw it retitled?

Late 90s, when it aired on Cartoon Network, and on an ABC Hawaii station I can't remember the name of.

Just joined this sub cause I thought I was the ONLY one who'd noticed this kind of thing. Used to think the show was called 'Augie and Doggie'. Never heard of 'Angie Doggies' tho. Weird how so many ppl can remember the same thing differently, right?

Highly doubt it was ever officially 'Angie Doggies.' No records or merch suggest a name change. BUT, human memory is wacky—visuals, sounds, even typography can mix in our head. Station mix-ups, sure. Misheard? Common. Misremembering something like this is more common than you think.

eh, I wouldn't jump on the Mandela train just yet. Maybe it was a parody or a knockoff you saw? sometimes they do that, change names slightly for a laugh or legal reasons. or could've been a simple misread that stuck with you. i'd try to find that title card if i were you, just to be sure

whoaaa, that's a new one for me but that's EXACTLY what the Mandela Effect is about! Different realities and all that jazz, you know? maybe in another universe, it's Angie Doggies and we're just getting those signals crossed here? wild stuff right?

It's definitely Augie Doggie and Doggy Daddy, classic Hannah-Barbera stuff. Angie Doggies doesn't even sound right, tbh. Prob you got crossed wires in memory, happens to the best of us here lol. Mandela effect can be weird like that, making us doubt even the stuff we watched a thousand times as kids.
