It's crazy cuz 'Hey Arnold!' had some real moments, but 'The Patakis' was like next level teen angst that Nick wasn’t ready for. Last I read, Craig Bartlett wanted to go all in, maybe show it on MTV or smth but idk. Would’ve given ‘Daria’ a run for its money. If anyone gets a lead, PLEASE share!

ehhh, every now and then this comes up. ppl want there to be a pilot so bad, they start believing it exists. Despite the wishful thinking, it's prob just some lost art at best. Don't get ur hopes up too much.

omg YES! I've been hunting for any scrap of 'The Patakis' for years now. Some say there was never a pilot made, but just the concept itself sounded so cool! Darker, more teenager-focused. It’s a legend tbh, Nickelodeon shld've taken the risk. Hey, if a pilot exists, I need it yesterday!

lol The Patakis, I remember hearing about it a while back. Afaik, it never went past some initial sketches and a vague pitch. Nickelodeon definitely wanted to keep things light back then. Maybe someone here has a cousin who worked at Nick studios and snagged some storyboards? 🤔
