So my kid keeps asking for his favorite show with 'the blue dog and the laughing moon'. Says he watched it at his cousin’s place but idk what he’s on about. Need help before he drives me bonkers. It's prob from the 2000s, gotta have a blue dog in it lol. Anyone with kids perhaps knows what I’m talking about? He won’t stop nagging about it.

This is a tough one, blue dog says Blue's Clues to me. The moon part doesn't fit though. Have you considered it might be one of those regional or direct-to-DVD cartoons? Sometimes they have really obscure characters like that. If you got a clip or a theme tune part, it would be a lot easier to identify.

As someone who's had to endure hours of kids shows, that's def Blue's Clues your kid is after. It's like every kid's phase at some point. The moon part, could be he made it up or saw it somewhere else? Never saw a laughing moon in Blue's tho.

I'm new here, but this is kind of intriguing. The blue dog is probably 'Blue's Clues,' but 'the laughing moon' doesn't fit. Is it possible that 'the laughing moon' is from a different show, and they watched back-to-back episodes of different shows at their cousin's place?

If it's not 'Blue's Clues,' maybe you're thinking of a specific episode from a different show. Some shows feature special episodes with unique characters like moons or stars. Try asking your kid more about the episode, like other characters or what happened in the story. Might help narrow it down!

Okay, so blue dog immediately makes me think of 'Blue's Clues.' However, the laughing moon part is throwing me off. There's a slight chance it could be a lesser-known show or an episode from a show that had a moon character in it. Could your kid be mixing up elements from different shows? It's pretty common for kids to blend details.
