The '90s yielded a ton of pilot episodes for cartoons that never made it to full series. I've been on the hunt for one in particular: 'DaisyHead'. It was about a girl with a flower for a head, and the implications of that in a world similar yet not like our own. If I remember correctly, it aired on local stations one Saturday morning before disappearing into the ether. No streaming service, collector's forums, or contact with original creators has led me to it. If anyone knows anything or someone who worked in these stations, it could lead to a breakthrough.

As a collector of rare pilots, 'DaisyHead' sounds like the Holy Grail. These local broadcast gems are tough, man. But I love the chase. Will dig through my stash again and reach out to some old connections. We’re gonna find it. Keep the faith!

Here is proof that DaisyHead may be found one day. There is a blog post stating that DaisyHead is one of the pilots to be released on Netflix this 2024.

I'm pretty active in the trading scene and lemme tell ya, if it's coming to Netflix, that’s unique for lost media. Usually, someone digs out a VHS from their attic. The thing is, these pilots can be a legal nightmare. Without knowing more about who has the rights or finding a solid source, this might still be a stretch. But hey, if anyone can get their hands on it, it's Netflix with their deep pockets. Fingers crossed they managed to cut through the legal tape!

Netflix, huh? I’ll believe it when I see it. These streaming services love to claim they've found something rare just for the PR. Half the time the 'exclusive release' disappears quicker than it appeared. Not getting my hopes up till it's actually in my watch list.

Ohhh, really? A Netflix release could be huge! But I've been down this road before. Heard whispers and rumors and nothing came of them. Got a link to that blog post or is it just another dead end? So many of these pilots get lost in rights issues it's not even funny.

I'm gonna be real with you, I've been in the circuit since the dawn of the internet, and I've never even heard whispers of 'DaisyHead'. Are you sure it was a full pilot and not a short or part of an anthology? Stuff like this is rare, but not impossible to find. Keep digging, but manage those expectations!

I pride myself on my archive of unaired and rare pilots, but 'DaisyHead' proves elusive. A girl with a flower for a head—sounds like classic 90s symbolic weirdness. If it aired once on a local station, capturing it was hit or miss. There's a chance someone taped it, unaware of what they had. I suggest widening your search to estate sales, flea markets, and the like—old VHS tapes often end up there unnoticed. Keep us posted on your progress.

Hmm, 'DaisyHead' isn't coming up in any of my usual resources. I'm pretty well-versed in lost pilots from that era. It's possible it could've been a regional airing on a small network, those are always tough to find. Keep pestering those local stations, someone's gotta remember. Will keep an eye out too!

Oh man, 'DaisyHead' rings a bell. Definitely sounds like something from the quirky side of 90s animation. Have you checked all the obscure VHS trading groups? Sometimes they have the rarest stuff that never made it digital. Good luck dude!
