Logo change nobody asked for...

Ya'll seen the new logo for 'QuikSnak' vending machines? What the heck, man. The old one wasn’t a masterpiece, but at least it had character. This new one's just another soulless corporate blob. Everything's getting too sanitized. Bring back the quirky stuff, I say!

They're stripping the soul out of everything! Honestly can't understand these corporations. They take something perfectly good and drench it in bland modernity. Bring back the fun and funky designs, I say!

So, everyone's a critic now? The new logo isn't THAT bad. Plus it's not easy meshing traditional vibes with modern aesthetics. Maybe the old one couldn't be trademarked or lacked digital versatility. Ever thought about that?

Eh, as long as the snacks taste the same I couldn’t care less about the logo. It’s all about that chocolate bar at 3 PM for me.

It's an interesting phenomenon, this trend towards 'sanitized' logos. It often represents a shift in company philosophy—likely an attempt to appeal to a more global market where simplicity translates better across cultures. But I agree, the quirky, individualistic brands have a certain 'je ne sais quoi' that gets lost in the corporate 'blob.'

Oh no, they changed a logo, what are we gonna do? 😆 Quick, someone start a petition to save the snack world!

Idk, I don't mind the new logo. The old one was cool, but this new one’s pretty sleek on the machines at my uni. Sorta grown on me, ya know?

I see your point, but from a branding perspective, cleaner lines and minimalism can actually aid in recognition and scalability - especially with younger demographics who tend to prefer more minimalistic design. Of course, they could have struck a better balance between character and modernity. It's all about knowing your audience and context.

Totally with you on that logo change. The old QuikSnak logo had that 90's charm, right? Now it looks like some generic brand you'd walk right by. Lack of originality is killing brand identity, smh.
