This series aired on PBS Kids and one station called KLCS during the late 90s and early 2000s. It aired from 1998 to 2004. In this series, a group of puppet dogs called Yous live together in Youland. The series lasted 30 episodes and 3 seasons. The series was produced by American Public Television. Unfortunately, I couldn't find every single episode of this obscure long running puppet series.

Youland's production quality was never top-notch which might be why it slipped through the cracks. However, it was one of those shows that had heartfelt messages and educational content that many of us grew up on. It's more than just the nostalgia; it's about preserving a piece of public broadcasting history. Let's keep the search alive folks!

This is exactly why digital preservation is crucial, especially for media that aired before the streaming age. If you or anyone else ever finds episodes of Youland, make sure to digitize and archive them ASAP. There are several non-profits that could help with that process and ensure they don't become even more lost.

I've been trying to track down every episode of Youland for years. It's a real piece of childhood. The show had a charming simplicity to it, and it's a travesty they haven't been preserved. PBS shows from the 90s always have a special place in my heart.

Youland has been on my radar for a while. It's a shame when shows like this fall into obscurity. Have you tried reaching out to KLCS or the original producers? Sometimes they have archives that are not public but can be accessed by researchers or superfans. Also, check eBay for VHS copies; they pop up occasionally.

Omg Youland?! I remember watching that as a kid, but totally forgot about it til now 😅 Can't believe it's actually lost media. The puppets were awesome and I learned so much from those Yous. Wish I could find the episodes somewhere, even just clips would be cool to see again.
