Oops! I-Koo (Korean educational series)

This entirely CGI animated series teaches children about safety. It's about a robot named I-Koo who teaches animal friends about, well, safety. It has an English dub. Unfortunately, both dubs are lost and I can't find any trace of this Korean series, all because of the cryptic series name.

Your best course of action is to assemble whatever fragments remain out there. Every lost media search begins with a single thread. Start by posting inquiries on social media platforms frequented by Koreans; Twitter, Naver Cafe, and Daum Cafe come to mind. Set up Google Alerts for the series name and variations of it; you never know when a related article might pop up. Track down the production companies, follow the voice actors' works, both English and Korean. Lastly, get in touch with any digital archivists that specialize in children's television. Patience and perseverance are key in these hunts.

Never heard of it, sounds rare. It might be one of those series that just vanished. Have you tried YouTube? lol

Man, I'm pretty sure I saw an episode years back on a now-defunct streaming site. Was oddly captivating. Maybe a web archive of the site could have a lead, though it's definitely a long shot.

I-Koo rings a bell, didn't it have that distinctive early 2000s CGI vibe? I would suggest hitting up animation forums and maybe posting a request? Animators have a knack for keeping track of old projects and someone might’ve worked on the English dub there.

lol might as well look for a robot that teaches trolls about safety 😂 good luck with that, gonna need more than a safety guide to find this ghost series

omg I-Koo sounds so cute!! 😍 never heard of it before though... maybe check with Korean fan sites? they're super into archiving stuff. Also I can ask in some K-culture groups, they dig this kinda thing

Over the years I’ve seen a lot of lost media resurface from the least expected places. With Korean series, it's tricky coz not everything got released internationally. Your best bet might be to check Korean auction sites or old Korean VHS/digital markets. Also, contact Korean TV stations, they may have archives. Who knows? You could get lucky!
