i think i had a pirate pals toy from a cereal box. might be a lead, those promos sometimes have clips or even episodes on them. worth to check ebay maybe

Pirate Pals is classic bad-good animation, the kind you love to pick apart. It's a miracle the show even got finished. The tune though was catchy as hell. 'Yo ho ho and a bottle of FUN!' still gets stuck in my head. No luck finding the episodes online, it's like they vanished into thin air, maybe for good reason lol.
