Creepy lullaby from a children's show??? pls help

hey everyone i am new here and idk if this is the right place but i need help finding this really creepy lullaby from a children's show. it aired late at night, had a blue puppet i think? always sang this eerie goodnight song that’s been stuck in my head for YEARS. anyone else here remember this or where it’s from?
