Hey all, long time lurker here. Been racking my brain about this one – 'Solar Squad' was this amazing Saturday morning cartoon that aired for like a hot minute in '97. It had these kids who could merge with their alien pets and fight space crime or something. Animation was choppy, probably why it didn't last, but the character designs were super unique? If anyone has ANY info or like a clip, that'd be wild. Been trying to find it for a nostalgia trip.

As someone who archives retro shows, 'Solar Squad' is one of the holy grails. I've been on the lookout for any production cells, scripts, or VHS recordings. The animation studio supposedly had a massive liquidation sale in the early 2000s – there could be some lost eps out there. If I find anything, I'll share.

Hey there! So here's the thing about lost media like 'Solar Squad', it was on such a short run that finding legit clips is rare. The show had licensing issues which is why it kinda vanished into thin air. Protip: Might wanna check physical media swap meets or collector's fairs. I've seen weirder stuff resurface in places like that.

You're in luck! I remember 'Solar Squad'. It aired on a pretty obscure network and got pulled pretty quick. But I think the character designs were by some dude who later worked on big shows like 'Samurai Jack'. Will dig around - I might have some old VHS tapes with a few episodes recorded. No promises on quality though.
