I definitely remember talk of a Rugrats Australia trip, but think it was just rumors or something fans wanted. A lot of those late 90s, early 2000s shows did wacky location specials, but no official Rugrats episode went to Australia. Maybe you mashed up a few different shows in your mind?

However, there were a lot of parodies and fan-made edits back in the day; maybe someone made an unofficial spoof and you caught that? No luck with official media, sorry mate.
