So, in the early 90s, our kindergarten teacher used to show us a direct to video series of 11-minute cartoons known as Tiny Head. The series was entirely hand drawn animated.
The series revolved around Tiny Head, a kid with a very tiny head that could be only seen through microscopes. In each episode, he would discuss about important topics to children, such as eating healthy and maths.
I remember 5 episodes. I remember one episode where he slides down a rainbow to teach children about colors.
Sadly, I couldn't find any footage of this obscure educational cartoon anywhere. I tried asking the kindergarten teacher if she has any copies of this obscure cartoon left, but she says that they got destroyed during a fire.

Can't say I've heard of 'Tiny Head', but I'm pretty good at digging up info. Have you got any more details? Like, the art style, specific voice actors, or even the channel it was bought from? Details like that can make or break a search.

The art style was similar to that of Disney. There were no other characters in the show, I think Tiny Head was voiced by a squeaky child actor. There were no channels that aired Tiny Head, I think it was a DTV (direct to video) series.

Tiny Head lol, what kind of name is that even, sounds like a budget superhero. Bet it was some local low-budget thing and not as 'Disney' as you recall. You ever check your attic for that kind of hilarious trash, might as well find some old drawings that fit the bill.

idk guys, this kinda sounds like a Mandela Effect situation to me. I've never heard of Tiny Head and it seems odd that there's literally no trace left. Fire destroying the only copies? Sounds like a cover-up or something. Or maybe it was just so obscure it flew under the radar.

Hey CartoonFan1989, if you can get your hands on those tapes and there's a Tiny Head ep in there, that'd be like hitting lost media gold! Such finds are rare and super valuable to the community here. Restoring and digitizing old tapes is a true passion of mine. Would love to see this show brought back to light.

omg Tiny Head sounds so familiar, it's like a faded memory... was it the one where the head was like super tiny, even smaller than the rest of the body? my cousin used to have a bunch of old VHS tapes of weird cartoons, gonna ask if she remembers this one

I feel for you, lost a lot of my childhood shows in a flood. It’s so frustrating when something that was once so important just...vanishes. Don't give up, maybe reach out to others from your class? Long shot but someone might’ve snagged a copy.

This sounds intriguing, I keep a database for such lost animations. 'Tiny Head' is not on my radar, but your description gives me a few leads. Could it possibly be a small regional studio project? Also, since it was hand-drawn it might have limited copies. Will keep an eye out, this is exactly the kind of find that excites archivists like me.

Tiny Head??? Total blast from the past! Can't believe somebody else remembers it. Try checking out local thrift stores, sometimes they have out-of-print VHS tapes lying around. Also, have you posted in the lost films forums? Someone there might know something.
