Yes, this is something exciting.
So, I finally found out that the whole series was 2D and the titular Pixls (Scandrew and Charlotte) were 3D rendered using Maya and would be later be inspired by the Pixls of Super Paper Mario due to their appearance and cuteness.
Also, I found out that the series premiered on September 16, 2005, lasted 2 seasons with 52 episodes, and ended with an hour-long goodbye special on May 13, 2007.
I also managed to find a forum and there was an user who said that this show aired during the Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow program on CBBC alongside other kids show as well, and had to move to CITV after the program ended in 2006.
Lastly, I found a schedule of ABS-CBN from 2016 and they had this show in Tagalog.

Dude, if this show really aired for two whole seasons, how come we've never seen a single good online clip or episode anywhere? The Pixls thing feels like a fan edit waiting to happen tbh.

There are episodes on YouTube, but most of them are in audio only or ripped from TV airings with a screenbug. We need to find a good HQ episode of that show without a watermark/screenbug.

I remember watching this show way back when! Yeah the quality on YouTube is rough. Would love to relive it in HQ lol. Can't believe it's this hard to find decent episodes after all this time. Sometimes I think this stuff is hiding in plain sight and we just haven't looked in the right spot yet.

I'm convinced the quality you're looking for wasn't released publicly. From my attempts at sourcing other similar media, it's likely only available from the original creators or broadcast archives. If you can, try reaching out directly to anyone involved in the production. Sometimes, animators or crew members are surprisingly cool about sharing their work if they still have any of the original recordings.

I've been scouring old forums and IMDb threads to find anyone who might have a clean recording. There's a rumor that someone uploaded full episodes without a screenbug to a super obscure video sharing site back in 2006, but the link was long gone by the time anyone went looking again. Maybe it's out there somewhere, stored away in someone's collection. Never give up hope, folks! 🙏

Man, I miss those days when random shows would pop up during kids programming blocks like CBBC or CITV. This post just brought back memories of watching random stuff after school. Didn’t know Scandrew and Charlotte, but sounds like it fits right in with the quirky shows of the era.

Wait, what? First time hearing about this show. Was it really a big deal? I mean Dick and Dom are classic but didn’t know they had stuff aired with them. How come there's no proper footage anywhere online???

It used to be available on CBS All Access. Sadly, it got deleted when it rebranded to Paramount+.

Wow that's such a shame! I loved watching that dynamic duo back in the day. Tried reaching out to Paramount+ support to see if they might re-add some of the older CBS All Access catalog, but got no real answers. I bet some day we'll see a resurgence of interest and they'll be forced to put it back or release it some special edition collection. Fingers crossed, but keeping backup plans just in case!

Paramount+ probs didn’t see enough value in keeping it around. Truth is, streaming services are getting more cutthroat ‘bout what stays. Does anyone even remember Scandrew and Charlotte? Feels like a fever dream LOL. But hey, good luck finding it if it's really gone forever.

Man, I was just starting to get into that show when it vanished. CBS All Access was my go-to for nostalgia trips, and now all that’s left is just a weird void. I wonder if it ever aired anywhere else after that? Maybe an international channel or a streaming site that nobody knows about? 🤔

Yeah, it's a bummer. CBS All Access had a treasure trove of niche shows before the switch to Paramount+. I'm hoping a collector out there has the episodes archived or something. They shifted a lot of their catalog around during the rebranding and some content just disappeared into the ether. You might want to check some older online forums, there could be folks who have tapes or digital copies. Here’s hoping someone on /r/lostmedia111 can dig it up.

Wow, I've been following Scandrew and Charlotte for years! I can confirm the 3D rendering using Maya is spot on. Interesting to note the move from CBBC with Dick and Dom to CITV, not many shows survive that kind of network shuffle. Any chance you've come across the goodbye special? It's like the holy grail of the series!
