Help me find Blip Blop!

I remember playing this game called Blip Blop on an old PC when we were kids. It was like a cheap Mario knockoff but with blobs or something. My bro swears it was real and it had like 50 levels. Can't find it anywhere tho. Was it a dream? Or did Blip Blop actually exist?
