Here's a list of some Tor sites that are lost forever: ZeusMATIC - The site was an anonymous version of Reddit, without censors. DogDay - Illegal warez service for Bitcoin. Sky Video - A home video production company that had their own .onion site. They produced cartoons and movies for children. They closed in 2021 with a release of The Velveteen Rabbit 2, an unauthorized movie. More coming soon!

This is why we can't have nice things on the dark web. Everything's either illegal or disappears overnight. Bet half of these 'lost' sites were just scams or honeypots anyway. The internet's just a big ol' Wild West, and not in a cool way.

Crazy how there's a darker side of lost media, not just old commercials or TV shows but whole platforms like ZeusMATIC and risky biz like DogDay. Wonder how much out there is just blinkin' out without anyone noticin'. Lookin' forward to pt 2 of ur list!

People don't realize how much digital history gets lost in these shutdowns. Sky Video was part of a childhood for someone, and now it's just... gone. It's a tragedy of the digital age, things vanish without a trace. I’m part of a group that tries to archive lost media like this. It’s a tough gig, wish we could’ve saved some of this stuff. If anyone has anything – screenshots, saved pages, anything – get in touch. We’re always looking to add to the archive for posterity.
