I remember seeing this on syndication. Called "The Adventures of Barry", the series was a spin off to LEGO City. It aired in the mid 2010s. Sadly, despite the series having reruns until the 2020s, all episodes are lost, and not found.

The Adventures of Barry was indeed a niche series, but all the episodes lost? That's quite the mystery. Have you considered it might be a Mandela Effect situation? Sometimes, people remember media that didn't actually exist, or it was different than they remember. Any other fans of the series around that could corroborate your memories?

Super rare to hear anyone talk about The Adventures of Barry. Thought I was the only one. It wasn't very mainstream, which is why I think it flew under the radar. Have you tried reaching out to LEGO directly or checking with any animators who worked on LEGO City? They might have some info.

I've been tracking down lost media for a while, and The Adventures of Barry has been on my radar. If I'm not mistaken, there were some promotional DVDs released for a limited time in select toy stores. If you can find someone who visited those events or stores, you might be able to get leads on at least some episodes.

Hey, I remember The Adventures of Barry! It was somewhat of an underground hit with LEGO fans. If you're looking for episodes, have you checked out old forum posts or fan sites dedicated to LEGO series? Sometimes those deep dive fans have copies of episodes that never got released to the public.
