OMG, does anyone here remember 'Space Rover Rescue'? That intergalactic cartoon show that was all the rage in the mid-'90s Saturday morning roster? They aired the pilot once, and it was the talk of the playground! Aliens, spaceships, and that adorable robot sidekick! I've trawled through page after page of online archives, but it's like it just disappeared. If anyone's got a recording, you’re my hero. This is more elusive than a shiny Pokémon, for real!

Behind the scenes tidbit - 'Space Rover Rescue' had a pilot that was considered way ahead of its time. Unfortunately, due to budget cuts, the show got canned. Only a few copies of the pilot were distributed for test audiences. I might know someone who worked on the production. No promises, but I’ll ask around.

I've been collecting lost media for years and 'Space Rover Rescue' is known for being notoriously hard to find. I actually have a lead via a private collector in Japan. Apparently, quite a few American shows made their way overseas in the '90s. If I get a copy, I'll make sure to digitize it and share. Fingers crossed!

Dude, Space Rover Rescue was my jam! That pilot episode had better animation than most of the stuff today. No luck finding it, but I'll defo ask my older brother, he used to record a bunch of shows on VHS back in the day.
