Update on 'Greed Island'—the lost MMORPG

Okay folks, I have some interesting updates on the elusive 'Greed Island'. For those not in the know, 'Greed Island' is this supposedly lost MMORPG from the late '90s that was based on the anime 'Hunter X Hunter'. Rumour has it that only a handful of copies were made.

After months of deep diving, I've found evidence of its existence through a custom server response printout I found in an old web archive! However, it doesn't confirm 'Greed Island' ever got past alpha development.

The printout does reveal some game mechanics though. Apparently, players were to have some sort of physical constraint - a heart rate monitor, maybe? - that would affect in-game stamina. This is just speculation, of course. This case just got a lot more fascinating. Will keep ya'll posted.

That's an interesting piece of trivia to add to the 'Hunter X Hunter' lore. Heart-rate monitor feature seems plausible since 'Greed Island' in the anime functions in such unique ways. I'm super eager to learn more, keep us posted!
