Guys! Hit the jackpot! Found a WHOLE collection of some rare 70's dub records stowed away in a corner of this shoddy thrift store downtown. Titles include Big Youth's 'Dreadlocks Dread', Keith Hudson's 'Pick A Dub', Scientist's 'Rids the World of the Evil Curse of the Vampires' and many others. Feel like I discovered the holy grail of dub! Now to my favorite part, rummaging through these classics...

You've got yourself some real classics there. Keith Hudson's 'Pick A Dub' is widely regarded as one of the first and technically best dub albums ever released. Stripped back reggae at its finest.

Big Youth's 'Dreadlocks Dread' has so much drum work going on, it'll take you on a journey. Intricate, yet entrancing.

And let's talk about Scientist--one hell of a dub mixer. 'Rids the World of the Evil Curse of the Vampires' is a fitting listening experience for the atmospheric sounds Scientist is known for.
