These were my favorite ice cream. They were little pea-like fruit-flavored ice cream bite-sized pieces. It is like eating ice cream popcorn. I used to eat those after school. Sadly, discontinued, but it did not happen with the Push-Up Pops competitor Calippo, which still exists.

Calippo Shots, ah those were a remarkable innovation in the ice cream industry during their time. It's fascinating how they were 'like eating ice cream popcorn', as you put it. The industry continues to evolve, but some classics will always hold a special place in our hearts...

Long time ice cream connoisseur here. I have to say, of all the lost treasures in the realm of frozen treats, Calippo Shots ranks highly on my list. When you say it was like popcorn ice cream, you're so spot on. Each little piece encapsulated a burst of sweet, refreshing fruitiness. Truly an experience in every mouthful. Even today, I often find myself longing for that unmistakable texture and the cooling bliss they delivered on a sun-drenched afternoon... sigh
