Good cafes to work in Chiang Mai?

hey folks, just landed in Chiang Mai and lookin for chill places to work from. Coffee has gotta be decent and wifi has to not suck. Any recos? Bonus points for the place that has comfy seats and doesn't mind if we camp a bit. Thanks!

Oh, you gotta go to Artisan at Wua Lai! It's a bit away from the main city buzz so you’ll enjoy some peace. Their cold brew's a lifesaver in the heat & seats are good enough for a few hours of work. Wifi works like a charm too!

Graph Cafe—excellent location for productive work sessions. Their single-origin coffee is unparalleled and the wifi meets the needs of digital nomads. The ambiance is conducive to work. Although the seating could be more comfortable, it's tolerable for shorter periods.

Most cafes in Chiang Mai are hit or miss IMHO. If you need truly stable wifi, you'd be better off at a co-working place like Punspace. But if you insist on a cafe, The Barn: Eatery And Design is decent. Good luck finding a seat that won't numb your bum after an hour, though.

9th Street Cafe in the Old City was my go-to, really comfy seats. Wifi's reliable & the coffee's decent. Not super busy so you won't get dirty looks for camping out.

If you're in for a communal workspace vibe, check out CAMP in the Maya Mall. It's 24/7 with ace wifi, which is awesome for those us in different time zones. The only catch is it gets crowded, so maybe not the best for calls. Coffee's more on the okay-ish side there tbh.

I'm all about supporting local, so give Akha Ama Coffee a go. They work directly with the hill tribes for their beans, so good karma there. Wifi's decent enough for work and the atmosphere's real chill. They've got a quiet, comfy vibe that's great for focusing.

Ristr8to is legendary, they take their coffee seriously and won the World Latte Art Championship. Wifi's stable, and they're cool with you working there for hours. Check out the one in Nimman, more space than the original spot.
