The real question is, how have they not been sued into oblivion yet? 🤔 I bet McD's lawyers have them in their sights. That Golden Arcs vs. Arches is walking a thin line!

Every time I see one of these knockoffs I can't help but try it. The curiosity is real. Gotta say some of these off-brand joints can surprise you. Now I’m on a quest to find the ultimate off-brand eatery, McDowells is officially on the list.

Next thing you know they'll be putting fish in their 'Fillet O'Fish' and actually using real beef in their 'Quarter Pounder'... oh wait 🤔😂

These knockoffs are everywhere man, feeding off the fame of big chains. They prolly serving fries in a shoebox and calling it innovation 🙄 Can't believe people actually eat there.

A classic 😅 The McDowell's thing is actually a reference to the movie 'Coming to America,' where they totally spoof McD's. But seeing a real one irl is rare as heck. Collecting pics of places like this is my jam. Got any pics of the inside or the menu? For science, obviously.

This is actually super interesting from a branding perspective. It’s all about that fine line of parody and infringement. Places like McDowells walk it like a tightrope. They've gotta be careful though; big companies don't mess around with their trademarks. It's wild they get away with it, probably banking on the humor factor real hard.

haha love it, the audacity 😂 McDowell’s knows what’s up, just one letter from being a McDowello’s lawsuit special. Did they have the 'McFlurby' for dessert?
