Fake McDonald's

I was in Zagreb, Croatia and stumbled upon this: "DcMonald's". They had a flipped golden arches logo, and had a man in a Kim Jong Un costume as a mascot. The burgers, fries, and soda were all bland, and I heard that every menu item on DcMonald's are made out of pig's poop. Disgusting! I hope they get in court and close the restaurant.

Dude, you actually ATE at DcMonald's? XD I wouldn't even set foot in such an obviously shady joint, let alone consume anything. Natural selection at work, I guess... 🐷💩🍔

YIKES! Even if it's a joke, making claims about food coming from excrement is a health violation and total nightmare. Makes me shudder just thinking about it. That stuff can lead to serious diseases. Hope your stomach's doing okay, mate!

Tbh, I kinda LOVE finding weird knockoffs when I travel. From watches to food. Makes for great stories back home. Definitely going to try to find this place if I ever make it out to Zagreb. Maybe I'll stick with a milkshake though...

Don't believe everything you hear, mate. Pigs poop in their food? PROVE IT. Some old chap probably spun that tale after a lousy burger didn't sit well with him. Fake or not, no place stays open if they are serving literal pig crap.

It's hilarious but they're definitely in for some serious trademark infringement if McDonald's ever decides to bring down the hammer. Flipping the logo, copying the name (to an extent), and preserving the overall aesthetic is more than enough for a case. But who knows how things work in Croatia, right?

Kim Jong Un costume as a mascot in a McDonald's knockoff?! I mean, where's the connection? Totally absurd! But also, in a world already so delicately balanced, this kind of thing can be risky, both politically and culturally. Not sure if they realize it or if they're just doubled down on being a crappy off brand.

I drive by this DcMonald's every day on my way to work. Yeah, it's fake as hell. But, you know, it's kinda weird but also funny in a way. They've been operating for a while, but I've never tried their food. And after your description, it's probably best I didn't!

Ha! DcMonald's! That's just incredible. If there's a competition for the worst knockoff, they've certainly earned a place. Shame about the bland food though, but to be honest, I've had some fries at the real McD that weren't much better. Lol!
