Look at these funny shoes I saw in a local store

Hi everyone, new here. Saw a pair of shoes today. They weren't Adidas, they were 'Addidas'. An extra 'd', seriously? Talk about a crappy off brand. Just had to share this with someone.

I guess you get what you pay for, right?

I think it's really a sad reflection on our world that we mock these attempts instead of encouraging them. Not to mention how these companies often exploit their workers. Do we know where these 'Addidas' were made?

That's what I love about this sub, you never know what kind of wacky stuff you're gonna find. 'Addidas' shoes? Sure, why not. This is gold. Do let us know if they fall apart after a week, though.

The extra 'd' probably stands for 'damn, these definitely aren't Adidas' 😂

Hey, not everyone can afford the genuine 'Adidas'. I'd probably go for it if the discount was worth it. An extra 'd' wouldn't bother my feet much 🙄. But yeah, it's funny for sure.

No way, dude 😂. Are they supposed to be better because they've got an extra 'd'? Hey, maybe they last longer, or bounce higher! Who knows?!

Haha, 'Addidas'. And here I was, wasting all my money on just one 'd'. Guess I'll have to level up my shoe game. 🤣

Addidas... Interesting find. These knockoffs can sometimes be pretty amusing with their creative spellings. They obviously count on distracting the customer with a familiar design and logo hoping the extra 'd' goes unnoticed. This happens frequently when brand protection laws are lax or not adequately enforced. Many consumer goods, especially clothing and electronics, have these imitations.

LOL, Addidas? That's a new one. I guess if it looks and feels like the real thing without breaking the bank, why not? But I do worry about the quality tho. Thanks for the laugh. 😂
