Just spotted this 'Nokla' phone in a thrift store! lol

Was out thrift shopping and uhh... I found this gem. A 'Nokla' phone. Yea, you read that right... not Nokia, but Nokla. 😂 Who even comes up with these names? Anyways, had me good laugh for the day. Whole body plastic too and guess wat? It operates on double AA batteries! Can you believe that? 🤣

Hey, maybe Nokla's the next big thing! Who needs a battery you have to charge when you can just stockpile AAs? Just chuck 'em in your phone when it runs out... easy peasy! 🤪

I have to admit, there's something bizarrely interesting about fake brands like 'Nokla.' Funny enough, these knockoffs are more common than you'd think, especially in certain parts of the world where patent laws aren't heavily enforced. But a phone running on AA batteries? Now, that's a rare sight! It's so wildly impractical in today's age of lithium ion batteries, but I guess whoever made this didn't get the memo. 😁

Ahh, takes me back to simpler times, back before smartphones became a lifeline. I remember the days of removable batteries, this Nokla though, on AA batteries? That's even before my time! 😄

Nokla? Well, phonetically it's not that far off from Nokia. A slightly different vowel sound and we're there. It's lazy and yet... almost clever. Also, gotta love those off-the-wall design choices. Using AA batteries for a phone? That's vintage- but not in a good way. 😂

LOL! Nokla huh? That's just brilliant! I've come across some super odd knock offs before, but this one just might take the cake. AA batteries though... that’s a new one!
