Fake Carmex!

I've recently discovered a car store selling car parts and real cars called "CARmex". Yes, that's spelled as CARmex. The logo even has a car. But what I didn't know was that the store copied my favorite lipstick and lip balm brand, Carmex. I thought this was an original brand name until I laughed. It really copied my makeup brand! Not going to CARmex anymore.

Well, hun, always remember to bring your glasses when going shopping. Don't want you coming home with a car instead of your favorite lipstick, now do we? 🚗💄

"CARmex" as in the makeup dupe??? Or real car maintenance thing? Either way, girl, you gotta pay attention when you splurge. Sounds like ya got trolled by the universe LOL!

LOL, I could've sworn my friend was talking about Carmex in a car context. I thought she's suddenly into car maintenance! 😂

That's just nutty, man. Gotta love it tho. Imagine walking into CARmex hoping to get some lip balm and ending up with a spark plug! 💥🤣

Am CARmex representative. We recognize the brand confusion and want to apologize. It's purely coincidental, we swear. Yet, we must admit that our car waxes indeed have a surprising cherry essence. :P

Well, legally, this could be a problem. Businesses must avoid using a name that's already being used, especially in the same general industry (as broad as it might be). As far as I know, 'Carmex' is a registered trademark for a lip balm company. If they catch wind of this CARmex joint, stuff could hit the fan.

This for real? Never imagined a car store would copy a lip balm brand named Carmex. Guess everyone's brainstorming for brand names is just blending together. Hah.
