Hey all! Came across this DVD at my cousin's place during a visit. They have 'Toy Bory' instead of 'Toy Story.' And ooh the graphics, totally hilarious! Buzz Lightyear is now Blizz Skybear. Oh, had such a good laugh. Can't wait to see what they did to the story in this version lol.

These bootleg animations vary wildly in quality. Sometimes you've got obvious slave labor level outputs where you can't even tell what most of the background figures are, and other times you've got Pixar-level animation that somehow got dumped in the bargain bin. Based on your description of Blizz Skybear, we're definitely leaning towards the first category with this 'Toy Bory' mess.

Looks like you've got yourself a genuine 'mockbuster.' Basically a common practice in the DVD biz where they produce direct-to-video films which are very similar, but juuust distantly enough to conveniently cash in on big-name releases. Sometimes you'll end up with hilariously bad parodies like 'Toy Bory', other times you might get whatever in the world 'FoodFight!' was.
