Lol, why is the handle INSIDE the door??

OMG, so I went to this cafe and the handle was strangely inside the door! Like, how would I even open it from the outside?? Maybe the designer was on some sort of caffeine overdose or something, lol! XD What university did they graduate from - University of Dumber Than Dumb? hahaha!!!

Simple explanation: poor design choice or the door was installed backward. Even good schools have dummies, or perhaps they didn’t hire a certified professional.

Well, that's one way to make an 'unforgettable' first impression... 🤦‍♂️

This shows the prevalence of terrible design even in our daily life. A door is the simplest, most intuitive tool human made. If you can't get that right... What hope do we have for anything more complex? Sad.

Actually guys, believe it or not, this could be a design fail or a security feature, depends on the context. Public places usually don't have it since it causes inconvenience, but I have seen such design in private buildings where doors can only be opened with access cards, hence the handle inside. But in a cafe? Totally bizarre.

Now that you mention it, that does seem weird. Isn't there some sort of rule or government regulation that should prevent this?

Ha! Maybe it's a metaphor? You gotta fight through obstacles (the door) to get a hold of what's important (the coffee) 😂
