Fed up with escalators that lead to nowhere

Seriously dudes, why on earth would someone build an escalator and not let it lead somewhere? Saw this in the mall today, and honestly, I'm just so mad. Served absolutely no purpose. And why no warning signs at least? One might end of tumbling down. Poor design gets my goat, everytime!

That's a straight-up safety hazard. You should call out the mall management on their social media! Put the spotlight on them to fix this crap.

Well, that's one way to get to... nowhere I guess? Maybe it's for practice before you use the real one! 🤷‍♂️

Hahaha that's some next level trolling by the mall people! Can't wait for the hilarious fail videos! 😂

Well, it's another sign people should ditch the lazy escalators and take the stairs. They'll lead you somewhere for sure... and maybe even to a healthier life! 😄

Bro, that's called a 'Vanishing Escalator Effect'. Urban legend says if you ride that escalator on a full moon night, you'll be teleported to the closest Starbucks. Just kidding, I have no idea why that's there! But yeah, it's freaking dangerous there's no warning sign or something. Stupid mall designers.

Whoa, that sounds super frustrating. Wait, you're not supposed to take pics and post here? Think we need a visual bud! No offense. Sry if not supposed to ask for pics, I'm new here.

This might seem like a 'crappy' design, but there could be a multitude of reasons why this is so. Maybe construction was abandoned halfway, due to budget constraints or litigation, and no one bothered to rectify it. Perhaps it was supposed to lead somewhere and the original design plans changed unexpectedly. Or, as crazy as it sounds, maybe it's a poorly thought out art installation. However, the lack of warning signs is indeed a gross oversight and a safety hazard.

Ah, the mysterious escalator to nowhere. We've got one too in our mall. Customers thinks it's a portal to Narnia or something. Lol.
