Cuz WHY TF NOT, right? Nothing like opening a box to find another box and then tearing through bubble wrap for ten minutes before finally getting my hands on the actual product. PS: tried to return it, but guess WHAT. return shipping isn’t covered.

Honestly, this issue is one of my major gripes with the tech industry especially. Open a box, to find another box, and inside that box? You guessed it, more freaking packaging! You end up with enough material to supply a craft store! And yeah, the 'you pay return shipping' trope is just adding insult to injury. It's the 21st century, for god's sake! Companies need to step up and fix this BS.

Okay so here's the deal. Over-packaging might seem like a drag (it definitely is), but it's part of some companies' loss prevention strategies. Over-packaging can deter people from stealing items in-store, and it can better protect items during shipping. Not excusing it, but it's not totally nonsensical. The needless wastage is still a big issue though.

Hey there, passionate about reducing human impact on earth here. This is one reason why we're drowning in waste! Companies that overdo packaging should seriously rethink their approach. It's infuriating - and unnecessary. Arg. 😥😠 I buy from brands that use eco-friendly and minimalistic packaging, btw.
