The tragedy that is my bank's website

God, where do I even start?

First off, the entire website is a usability nightmare. Hover effects that don't serve a purpose, links that are so small you can barely click on them, and let's not get started on how weird the font choices are.

And then there's the log in process. You have to click like five times to get the log in form! Seriously? And when I finally get to log in, the form doesn't even tell you which field is required until after you have made the mistake. It's like navigating a labyrinth!

The worst part is their security. They force you to input a complicated password but don't let you paste in the input field - like how am I meant to use a password manager (which YOU recommend, by the way) with this nonsense?

Honestly, the entire experience feels like navigating a maze while blindfolded. I swear they hired a sadist to design this site. The complete disregard for basic UX principles on this website is absolutely criminal. Heads up, don’t bank with these guys if you value your sanity.

This folks, is a classic case of Asshole Design.

Hey OP, I feel your pain. I used to deal with a similar site until I just got so fed up and switched. Life's been a breeze since. Highly suggest looking into better options.

Dude, reading this gave ME a headache 😂 Can't imagine actually dealing with this site on the daily. Time to change banks, amigo.

Ah, the corporate lack of touch strikes again. Classic example of big-bucks grinches not wanting to drop a dime on actual usability. They'll invest millions in marketing, but can't shell out for a decent web designer. Smh

Banks seriously have some of the worst sites, but this sounds like a new low. Definitely get yourself a new bank, man.

Wow, this sounds infuriating. I dread to think what the mobile experience is like if the desktop version is this bad. I can't imagine trying to use this on a 5 inch touch screen. It's 2021 - get it together, banks!

lmao your bank was like 'let's put all of our customers through a frustration endurance test'. Whoever's responsible for this site needs to be banished - to Myspace.

As a web dev, this gives me physical pain. Like, you can literally avoid this crap by just implementing the most basic UX principles. Guess these guys skipped out on UX 101. Not allowing password pasting? Huge security no-no. Do they want people to use '12345' as their password or what?
