I never trust those buttons. My grandson taught me to just mark em as spam and delete. Seems to work.

Totally get you, man. These companies exploit the whole email system. But here's the deal, the 'unsubscribe' button sometimes is set up by ill-intentioned people to confirm your email is legit. Pulls in more spam. Better block these senders manually.

Yeah, it's a damn irritating issue. Lot of these are probably phishing companies, I mean who's got the brass to keep spamming after you've clicked unsubscribe?? Pro tip though, report them as spam, it helps.
