Fellow vinyl enthusiasts, I just had to share this. Walked into a garage sale, left with a first-pressing 'Dark Side of the Moon' LP. It's like the universe just handed me a piece of history. Anyone else got similar epic findings? Let's swap stories!

Nice brag but are we talking legit mint or 'seller said it was mint'? Some people think a few pops and crackles are part of the 'charm'. Make sure to verify the press details against Discogs or something. Not doubting, just saying, be sure you're not getting carried away. BTW, if it's the real deal, sweet!

That's one helluva score! Which pressing is it exactly? There are so many variants of that first issue with the solid blue triangle and different posters and stickers — each with its own little details. Would be awesome to know if you got the complete set. Stoked for you, man!

Back in the day, you'd find treasures like that in any old record shop... I remember picking up an original 'Blonde on Blonde' just sifting through dusty bins. When I read posts like yours it reminds me of the good ol' days. Cherish that LP!

Whoa, amazing score! As a newbie to the world of vinyl, stories like this give me so much hope. So far my greatest find is a mildly scratched Zeppelin IV, but it plays without skips, at least. I dream of the day I get my hands on an OG Pink Floyd!

Solid find! A mint OG 'Dark Side of the Moon' is a gem anyone here would envy. Make sure you store it properly. These records can degrade if they're not kept in the right conditions. Inner sleeve, upright storage, and away from heat! Trust me, that's how I've kept my 'The Wall' first pressing pristine for years.
