ok so basically I thought I was a genius switching from coffee to green tea for the health vibes but guess what, 8 cups in and I'm pretty much on the ceiling. RIP sleep schedule, anyone else think they're being 'healthy' and then just...nope?

Whoa, that’s some hardcore tea-drinking, dude. Can't imagine how fast your heart must be racing. If you're struggling to sleep, try melatonin or some valerian root tea to ease into sleep. Eight cups is kinda overkill; you wanna aim for a balanced diet and that includes your liquid intake. Green tea is awesome but let's not turn it into the new espresso, eh?

Yeah, that's a common misstep 😅 Been preached to convert to the 'green side' a lot because of all the health benefits. Trick is not to overdo it! Maybe introduce something like yoga or meditation before bed to counteract the caffeine and help fix the sleep thing—works for me!

Hahaha been there 😂 The switch to green tea is definitely a tricky one if you're not counting those cups. I'm trying to do the same but I limit myself to like 3 max now. You'll adjust, hang in there! And maybe start cutting down one cup at a time?
