ok so basically I thought I was a genius switching from coffee to green tea for the health vibes but guess what, 8 cups in and I'm pretty much on the ceiling. RIP sleep schedule, anyone else think they're being 'healthy' and then just...nope?

Whoa, that’s some hardcore tea-drinking, dude. Can't imagine how fast your heart must be racing. If you're struggling to sleep, try melatonin or some valerian root tea to ease into sleep. Eight cups is kinda overkill; you wanna aim for a balanced diet and that includes your liquid intake. Green tea is awesome but let's not turn it into the new espresso, eh?

Yeah, that's a common misstep 😅 Been preached to convert to the 'green side' a lot because of all the health benefits. Trick is not to overdo it! Maybe introduce something like yoga or meditation before bed to counteract the caffeine and help fix the sleep thing—works for me!

While green tea is lauded for its health benefits, including high levels of antioxidants and a lower caffeine content compared to coffee, one must consider moderation as a key component of a healthy habit. Drinking eight cups certainly would give you the jittery boost you're experiencing. I would suggest you gradually reduce your intake, perhaps by replacing a few cups with herbal infusions, which typically contain no caffeine. Aligning with a frame of mindful consumption will not only benefit your caffeine intake but will also elevate your overall experience of tea as a beverage and a healthy choice.

Dude, I get you're on that health grind, but you gotta pace yourself with green tea! It's still got caffeine, maybe less than coffee, but it stacks up. I sip mine throughout the day to keep the jitters away, maybe try that? Also, look into herbal teas for the evening, some good ones are caffeine-free and help you wind down.

Hahaha been there 😂 The switch to green tea is definitely a tricky one if you're not counting those cups. I'm trying to do the same but I limit myself to like 3 max now. You'll adjust, hang in there! And maybe start cutting down one cup at a time?
