I cannot believe it, you've actually outdone my tuna noodle surprise mishap. Now, that's saying something! Hang in there, and perhaps keep any attempt to 'innovative' cooking on the down low?

Pro tip: Plastic melts. Just remember that next time.

Hate to break it to you, but ovens and plastic aren't the best of friends. Next time, go for glass or metal bowls/dishes when baking. Highly recommend Pyrex - it's cheap, durable, and definitely oven safe.

Well... thanks for the laugh. And remember, plastic's main food groups are NOT actually heat and potatoes. 😂

Okay, first off, I'm just loving the dedication you have to your potatoes here. But perhaps next time stick to standard (and more oven-safe) dishes? 😂

Ah, a tale as old as time... The key is Iron. Cast. Iron. Nothing beats it for heat distribution, flavour... and unequivocal oven-readiness. Invest in cast iron and you will not regret it. And remember, like your learning journey, it only gets better with time.

Hey, don't beat yourself up over it too much! We all make mistakes. I mean, who hasn't turned the grill on instead of the oven at some point? Not that I'm speaking from personal experience or anything... 😅

Lol, been there, done that! Only, it was a plastic pizza cutter for me. Don't ask...
