What if historical figures had social media?

Picture this: Napoleon Bonaparte, selfies from the battlefield. Cleopatra tweeting cryptic messages about Rome. Shakespeare subtweeting Marlowe. The possibilities are endless for hilarious misunderstandings, epic clapbacks, and maybe even a few heartwarming friendships. Dive deep into the anachronism, folks, and show me what the chronicles of history would really look like with a DM slide or two.

Cleopatra would master the art of the humblebrag on social media for sure. 'Oops, dropped my pearl in vinegar at dinner with Marc Antony #JustPtolemyThings'. And Ramses the Great would be super into LinkedIn, updating his projects like 'just built another statue... of myself'

Socrates would be that annoying guy on Twitter always asking questions. 'Why do we seek material wealth when inner peace is the true asset?' Only follows Plato. Probably gets reported for trolling by posting the Socratic method over someone else's rant thread

Leonardo da Vinci's Instagram would just be dozens of unfinished paintings and sketches of random machines nobody gets, never posts a clear shot of the Mona Lisa's full face, only teasers. Talk about an influencer with a mystery brand...

I'd pay to see Joan of Arc's TikTok – just a mix of inspiring speeches, armor try-on hauls and maybe a tutorial on how to rally a disheartened army with only a banner and sheer determination. Plus, the occasional fire safety PSA, too soon?

Julius Caesar definitely would have a killer LinkedIn profile, always posting about his latest conquest or military strategy success. 'Just crossed the Rubicon #newbeginnings'. Meanwhile, Marcus Brutus keeps endorsing him for leadership skills... till he doesn't.

George Washington would probably have like, the most polite, boring FB feed ever. Just wooden teeth care tips and motivational quotes about farming & liberty. While Tom Jefferson would sneak in some philosophical posts about democracy & architecture. And don't get me started on Hamilton and Burr, those two would blatantly subtweet each other until it escalated into the first social media fueled duel lol

I can see Queen Victoria running a very solemn and regal Twitter account, probably run by the royal staff, but then Prince Albert has a secret account where he's actually the funny one and posts memes about industrialization

Just imagine Benjamin Franklin on Insta doing one of those electricity experiments & going viral. His profile would be full of kite flying pics & key emojis but every now & then dropping some serious wisdom bombs in the captions. #KeyToSuccess
