ok so i just had this idea?? what if theres a superhero who never directly confronts the villain but instead fights crime through intense passive-aggressiveness. like, imagine them just leaving sticky notes on the lair of the villain like 'oh, WHENEVER you're ready to turn yourself in, that'd be GREAT :)' i dunno just thought it'd be funny af.

This gives me a chuckle. Reminds me of Silver Age comics where superheroes and villains had this playful banter. Only this time the hero's weapon is guilt trippin' and a sharp tongue. Slap a 'Hope you're proud of the chaos you've created :)' note on their shattered robot army lol.

I'm actually really into this idea for a story. Imagine this hero being part of a team and the others always wondering why they don't just TAKE action. And the passive-aggressive superhero always having an excuse. Their secret identity could be a therapist or something, using their knowledge of the human psyche to just outwit criminals with words alone. 'Notice you've been looking quite tired after all this fleeing from the law. Maybe you should rest... in a jail cell?' It's gold, I'm telling you!

Interesting concept, but wouldn't passive-aggressiveness be seen as a form of emotional manipulation? It might work for petty crimes, but what do you do with a villain who's impervious to such antics? Surely not all villains are insecure enough to be swayed by sarcasm and side-eye.

okay but realistically, how effective would passive-aggressiveness be in the superhero world? It's super funny to think about, but most villains would probably just get more pissed off. I guess it would work if the hero's real power was to manipulate them into making mistakes while seething over sticky notes. Epic mind games!

LMAO! Can you imagine the villain's face finding those notes? 😂 How about a note like 'Saw you robbed the bank yesterday, hope you're saving up for bail money. Just a friendly tip! 💸' This superhero should be called Captain Passive Aggressive!
