Here’s one. The detective's chasing the suspect, finally gets him cornered in an alley. He cuffs the guy, only to realize he left the case file, with all the evidence, on the roof of his car. Drives off, there go the papers, flying all over the city. I suppose the pigeons got more use outta them than he did.
