Just had the most frustrating experience trying to pay a bill on my bank's website. The UI is so cluttered and illogical, I swear I'll switch banks if I have to go through this hell again. The dropdown menus are counterintuitive, there are pop-ups everywhere, and the CAPTCHA...don't even get me started!!

As an IT-support working for a bank (shall remain unnamed), I can say that some execs used to push for 'glitzy' websites without caring much for user experience... A lot of bank's are now realizing their mistake and are working on refining their platforms. Stick around, it might improve. Or not. What do I know? 🙃

Join the club, pal. Seems like half the banks out there hired the same tone-deaf web designer on the cheap. Tried switching banks once hoping for a better interface... Ended up in the same boat with a different oar. Switch to mobile apps or better still, automate wherever you can. Life's too short to stay stuck with a shoddy UI.

Hey there! Many banks offer apps optimized for mobile use. Maybe you should try that? Sometimes, these apps have a clearer and more intuitive interface than their desktop versions. But seriously though, if you're not content with your bank's service, don't hesitate to switch. You deserve better.
