Wanna be baffled? Try 'Duck Date'

Imagine a dating show with ducks. Yep, 'Duck Date' is real and it's just as dull. Contestants have to woo a duck with bread or something. IDK, the highlight is when someone gets nipped. If you listen close, you can hear the crew laughing in the background.

Yo, 'Duck Date' is the kind of show my buddy and I would dream up after a few too many drinks, and even we'd say it's too dumb to actually make. It's like watching paint dry, but if the paint could bite you. The highlight reel is just ducks nibbling on fingers and bread. Riveting content, folks.

Just caught an episode of 'Duck Date'. Is this for real? Who sits down and decides this is what people want to watch? I mean, I watched it... but only because it sounded too bizarre to be true. Now I wish I had those 30 minutes back.

imagine being a duck and thinking you're gonna get a nice swim and suddenly you're on a dating show lmao. do they give the poor bird a say in this or what?

It's genuinely fascinating to see what constitutes entertainment these days. 'Duck Date' strikes me as a low-budget, low-effort attempt to capitalize on the absurd. The production team must be having a blast, though, quite literally laughing in the background. I'd watch a show about THEM making this show.

Duck Date...more like 'luck' date for those ducks getting a free meal amirite? But honestly, who greenlit this show? I tune in just for the sheer absurdity. And the ducks aren’t even that into the bread — guess they have high standards.

Tbh 'Duck Date' is my guilty pleasure. I know it's bad, but it's so bad that it's hilarious. The part where the contestant tried serenading the duck with a ukulele had me in tears from laughing. Pure gold.

As someone who studies bird behavior for a living, I find 'Duck Date' both appalling and mesmerizing. Ducks are complex animals, so reducing them to the recipients of bread 'wooing' is just ridiculous. Yet, I can't look away from this trainwreck of a show. It's educational in what NOT to do when dealing with wildlife.

lol, 'Duck Date'? Oh man, the shows they come up with. Who even thinks watching a duck get wooed by bread slices is prime-time material? I'll admit though, waiting for the nip is like the worst kind of suspense.
