If superheroes were real, how would laws change?

Been thinking a lot about this. If superheroes and superpowers were actually a thing, we’d need a whole new set of laws. Liability for damage during fights, identity protection guidelines, not to mention the registration and monitoring of superhuman abilities. Would the legal profession need a new specialization? How would international relations cope with superpowered individuals? It's interesting to explore the implications of such a world beyond the comics.
