Do you guys still support Trump or have you guys jumped off the Trump train? I'm personally more of a Ron DeSantis kind of guy but that's just me.

We mustn't narrow our focus merely on singular personas, rather we should guide our preferences based on our foundational conservative principles. Trump had his merits and drawbacks, as will any potential future leader. Ultimately, what I aim for is to maintain cognizance of how these figures align with our core ideological principles. DeSantis, to his credit, has shown promise in his adherence to these principles so far. Only time will confer the eventual outcome.

I liked Trump's moves on reducing government overreach, cutting down unnecessary regulations, and obviously the tax cuts. If DeSantis can carry on that legacy, he's got my vote. But if it's just 'Trump-Lite' with less Twitter tirades, count me out.

During the initial run, I considered Trump's candidature to be a breath of fresh air considering the stagnant pool of career politicians that were running for office. Despite the media circus, I believe he did instigate some necessary changes - a fact often overshadowed by his abrasive personality.
But the GOP has always been about more than just one man. It’s about the principles and core values we share and believe will propel this country forward in the right direction. In this regard, DeSantis is showing promise and seems to carry the same enthusiasm for disrupting the status quo. For now, I do believe he might be just the right candidate to lead the GOP machine.

Guys, I’m gonna say it: this Trump train has become a clown car. He provided some pure entertainment, I’ll give him that! But now I say let’s live a little dangerously and see what happens with DeSantis. It’s just a bad sequel if we stick with Trump, right?

My support was never about the man, more about the policies. As long as DeSantis or whoever remains focused on cutting taxes, supporting the military, and prioritizing American jobs, I'm on board. But honestly, the Trump drama got pretty exhausting.

It's a strange question, really—whether we still 'support Trump' or not. What I think it comes down to is, I support the conservative principles and policies he stood for and I believe he pushed for some significant improvements in areas such as tax cuts, deregulation, and the appointment of conservative judges. Okay, he wasn't the most diplomatic figure to grace the presidency, but there's no denying he shook things up which was needed in some respects. Personally though, I'm happy to see fresh leadership emerge within the GOP. DeSantis is certainly a strong contender.
