Yo, they gotta do this! Imagine the old school animation with crisp, clear audio. Could bring a whole new audience. But the big Q is, who'd voice 'em? Finding the right fit would be hella important.

To be honest, while I would love to see (or hear) this idea come to life, the challenge is capturing the same spirit the originals had. Today's voice acting talent is phenomenal, no doubt, but those early animations had a certain timbre and delivery that came from the era they were created in. Any new dub would have to honor not just the characters, but the time period as well. I'd personally love to hear a new take on classic Fleischer Studios' characters.

I can see why a new voice would be refreshing, but tbh, nothing beats the original charm for me. Some things should just be left as is, you know? Those OG voices are part of the magic.

idk about Betty Boop, but a friend of mine mentioned something about a new dub project for some old Warner Bros cartoons... not sure if it's legit or just a rumor. could be dope if true!

I work in animation, and trust me, the love for classic toons is real in the industry. There's always chatter about reviving these icons with new talent. No news yet, but keep an ear out. Studios know there's a market for this stuff and with all the remakes happening, wouldn't be surprised if some studio is already plotting.

Last I checked there weren't any new official dubs for the old Disney stuff - rights issues make it super complicated 😩 But for real, imagine Mickey with like, modern day sound quality and all? Epic.

Man, would I love to hear Betty Boop with some fresh voice actors! Not sure if there's been any official new dubs, but I've seen some fandubs on YouTube that are pretty decent. They're obvs not pro but it's kinda cool to see how different voices give a new spin to the classics.
